What is TMS?

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation uses strong, magnetic pulses distributed through a coil to regulate the neural activity of brain structures associated with depression.

21 Day Difference

An analysis of 1,753 patients showed that the average patient achieved a sustained response after just 16 treatments.

Medication Free

Rest assured, you do not have to start a new medication regimen throughout TMS.

No Systemic Side Effects

While you may feel slight pressure on top of your head, most patients adapt to the sensation after just a couple of sessions.

Highly Effective

About 50-80% of patients who complete a full course of TMS show a clinically meaningful response and up to 60% experience a remission, meaning their symptoms go away completely.

"I have been seeing Dr Jacobs for several months. She is very good at what she does and has a very pleasant demeanor. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good psychiatrist"

- Ted D.

"Seriously one of the best choices I ever made. I literally couldn’t get out of bed, I wasn’t being productive and I had no desire/motivation to do anything. On top of the depression the anxiety I was having because I was allowing fears and thoughts to run through my brain was debilitating. After my treatments, ( the initial recommended plus after having such a good response to the treatment my insurance approved additional treatments) I am enjoying living my life again."

- Lauren S.
